Old Colorado City is a vibrant part of Colorado City that is centrally located in between downtown Colorado Springs (7 mins) and Manitou Springs (7 mins). Colorado Avenue is a tourism hot spot that is full of local shops, restaurants and art galleries. The neighborhood is full of both historic homes and large homes of recent construction. Its location to the mountains through Ute Pass, the ease of access to Garden of the Gods and the unique history of the area make it a very high demand location to both visit and reside in.

Guest Access

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. We have another Airbnb located off the alleyway and is separated by a 6' privacy fence. You will be the only guest on your property during the stay. If you are interested in booking the other Airbnb too, it is listed on my Airbnb Profile. Please message me the dates you would like to book and I check availability. 6+ months notice is recommended.

Find us

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services: Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. Scooters or E-Bikes for rent (5 min walk to Colorado Ave) 5 min walk to nearby shops, dining, cafes etc.
